Idea – International Dialects of English Archive

Recordings of different dialects of English as streaming mp3 files. It’s speakers reading a story and then afterwards talking about themselves and their country.

The Speech Accent Archive

Speech Accent Archive is read English only but is quite comprehensive. It can be good for comparing speakers. If a variety is not on Idea, it might be found here.

Voice 3.0

The Vienna-Oxford International Corpus of English. You can use it to find out about usage, etc. Includes some recordings.
